Navigating the piers
Bangkok has several major riverside hubs. Sathorn Pier connects directly to the BTS Skytrain. This is the most efficient way to access the river network. From Sathorn, you can take boats to ICONSIAM, Asiatique, or River City Bangkok. Allow 10-30 minutes for transit between these major piers.
For evening dinner cruises, you must check in at the correct pier. Read your booking voucher carefully. You must exchange your e-voucher for a physical ticket 30-60 minutes before departure. If you take a taxi instead of the BTS, leave early. Evening rush hour traffic is heavy.

What should I pack?
Bring your ID or passport for ticket verification, a digital or printed voucher, and a light jacket for air-conditioned decks. If you travel during the rainy season (May-October), bring a small umbrella.
What happens if it rains?
In the event of heavy rain, staff will relocate passengers from open-air decks to covered or indoor air-conditioned zones on the ship.
Can I request an upper deck seat?
Yes, but seating allocations are subject to availability. You should request an upper deck seat at the time of booking.
